Architecture/ engineering

East Pennsboro Township-based Gannett Fleming named David B. Wilson and Rodney E. Holderbaum national leaders of its dams and levees group. Wilson is a senior geotechnical consultant and works on dam projects throughout the U.S. He is a professional engineer and specializes in geotechnical and hydraulic structure engineering activities. Holderbaum is a professional engineer with 40 years of experience and expertise in dam and water resource engineering. He also oversees the dams and hydraulics practice. Jonathan D. Holmes was named a civil and site development manager. He will direct the civil/site development and stormwater management groups. He also is chairman of the Jackson Township board of supervisors. He is a professional engineer with more than 25 years of experience and a BS in civil engineering from Penn State University.

Philadelphia</location>-based Urban Engineers named Thomas Davis Jr. a vice president. He is the inspection services practice leader with the firm's Mechanicsburg- area office. He has been with the company for more than 15 years and has a degree in general science from Penn State University.

Core-Design Group LLC of York named Seth Wentz a project architect. He has more than eight years of experience in all phases of architecture and a bachelor of architecture degree from Philadelphia University.

South Hanover Township-based Hershey Federal Credit Union named Dan Davis to the supervisory committee that oversees the credit union.

Swatara Township-based Metro Bank names J. Miles Kingston a commercial loan officer with its middle market and health care lending group. He was an account manager. He has four years of experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Shippensburg University. Kevin Pyle was named a vice president and commercial loan officer for the Reading region. He was director of economic development with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities. He has more than 20 years of banking experience, a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Maryland and an MBA in finance from St. Joseph's University.

Lower Allen Township-based Members 1st Federal Credit Union named Amy Bortner, Diane Dadowski, Michael Fautch and Cindy Hockley branch managers. Bortner will manage the Linglestown Road branch. She has experience in financial services. Dadowski will manage the Linglestown Giant in-store branch. Fautch will manage the Rossmoyne branch. Buffalo, N.Y.-based M&T Bank named Nathaniel Johnson manager of its South Union Street branch in Middletown. He was a branch manager with Sovereign Bank. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and has a BS in business administration from Towson University.

Berks County-based National Penn Bancshares Inc. named Bryan M. Moyer vice president and manager of the Lancaster commercial lending group. He has 13 years of financial service experience and a bachelor's degree in finance from Messiah College. Doug Denlinger was named vice president and a team leader with the Lancaster group. Reynolds Restoration Services of Harrisburg named Michael Mahusky a carpenter. He has experience in residential construction. Ronald Albert was named a restoration technician with the King of Prussia, Montgomery County, office.

Lancaster-based Brubaker Connaughton Goss & Lucarelli LLC named Candice L. Marple an associate with its financial services group. She has an extensive background in creditors' rights and bankruptcy matters, including six years as a paralegal with a Philadelphia law firm. Most recently she was a law clerk with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio. She has a bachelor's degree from Cabrini College and a law degree from Temple University.

Herr Pump Co. Inc. of Lancaster named Donna M. Ma s t roma t t e o president and owner. She started with the firm in 1985 as a secretary and most recently was vice president. Dan W. Pfister, who had been president and owner since 1976, was named vice president and sales manager.

Manufacturing

Greiner Industries Inc. of Mount Joy Township named Rick T. Sine executive vice president. He joined the company in 1980 as a welding apprentice while still in high school. Over the years, he has been a welder/fabricator, a floor foreman, a project manager and estimator and, most recently, superintendent of the sheet/plate division.
