PEOPLE: promotions, appointments and hires

Accounting

New York-based Pricewaterhou seCoope r s named Luke Ratke an assurance senior manager and Benjamin Galaska an assurance senior associate in the consumer industrial products group of its Harrisburg office. Ratke is a CPA with eight years of experience in public accounting. He is a University of Notre Dame graduate. Galaska is a CPA and has three years of experience in public accounting. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. Justin Stefanelli was named a tax senior associate in the private company services group. He is a CPA and has five years of public accounting experience. He is a graduate of St. Joseph University.

Associations

The Dauphin County Bar Association named Elizabeth G. Simcox executive director. She was assistant director of development with Penn State Dickinson School of Law, vice president of student services with Harrisburg University of Science & Technology and dean of students with Widener University School of Law'sHarrisburg campus. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario and a law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.

Banking/Finance

Camp Hill-based Integrity Bank named Susan Davis senior vice president and chief retail officer with its branch network. She has more than 21 years of retail banking experience, most recently as a district executive with Sovereign Bank. She is a graduate of Juniata College. Sabrina Jianniney was named manager of the New Cumberland office. She has 10 years of retail experience, eight of them in banking.

Codorus Valley Bancorp Inc. and PeoplesBank, both based in York Township, named Cynthia A. Dotzel and Jeffrey R. Hines to the boards of both companies. Dotzel is a principal and a CPA with SF&Company CPAs and Business Advisors. Hines is president and CEO of The York Water Co.

EHD Advisory Services Inc. of Lancaster named Rich Diem chief investment officer. He was a senior vice president and portfolio manager with Fulton Financial Advisors. Previously, he was employed by PNC, M&T Advisors and the former Dauphin Deposit Corp. He has a bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and an MBA from Penn State University.

Insurance

LeTort Trust Retirement Plan Services of Lower Allen Township named Irene Cronk a retirement plan administrator. She will administer 401(k) plans and support client business owners, their human resource departments and their employees. She was a retirement plan coordinator with T. Rowe Price and has a bachelor's degree from Towson University.

Marketing

Harrisburg-based David A. Smith Printing Inc. named Rosemary Schopfer a promotional products adviser.

Lancaster-based Stoner Bunting Advertising named Jim Roosa vice president and managing director of Stoner Bunting Gift Cards. He will oversee client service, sales and marketing, operations and growth strategies. He has been with the company nearly 20 years and launched the gift card program in 2001. Previously, he was a vice president and account supervisor at Wells Rich Greene. He has a BA from the University of Richmond. Bob Fell was named managing director of Stoner Bunting Advertising. He has more than 20 years of experience, most recently as owner of America's Mouth, a marketing strategy firm. He will manage account service and sales and marketing. He has a BS in marketing and advertising from Michigan State University. Lauren Horn and Mike Fister were named account executives. In addition to managing accounts, Horn will support new initiatives. She was a communications specialist and an account coordinator with other firms. She has a BA in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Millersville University. Fister will be the primary liaison between clients and departments. He has eight years of experience in account service and managing website development. He was a territory account executive and a business development associate. He has a BA from Messiah College.

Real estate

Manor Township-based Prudential Homesale Services Group named Narumol Alexander a residential sales associate with its Camp Hill office. She was employed by Jane M. Alexander Law Offices and she has a BS in computer information systems from DeVry Institute of Technology. Renee Darkey and Jordan Moyer were named residential sales associates with the Lancaster office.

Senior care

Union County-based Albright Care Services Inc., which operates nonprofit senior care facilities in Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties, named Doug Flasher executive vice president. He was executive director of Normandie Ridge in West Manchester Township. He has a BS in business administration from Juniata College and an MS in health administration from the University of Phoenix.

Technology

Swatara Township-based JPL named Karla Diaz interactive project manager. Most recently she was with Layer One Media in Wisconsin, where she was a project manager in charge of Web design, Web development and online marketing for clients. Previously, she held positions as creative traffic manager, project manager and customer relations manager at three other Milwaukee firms, and has worked as a graphic designer for Marquette University. She has a BA in psychology from Alverno College.
