MyReviewsNow & The Vitamin Advisor Introduce The “Create Your Own Vitamin Recommendation” Offer

(PRWEB) June 22, 2011

For the past 30 years, Dr. Weil has established himself as one of the nation's leading authorities on health. Recently, he founded the Vitamin Advisor, a free service that uses physician-approved algorithms to calculate a consumer's vitamin recommendation. And now, MyReviewsNow is happy to join Weil's team in providing this free service.

There is no obligation when using this free service. To receive a free vitamin recommendation, consumers should visit Dr Weil's Vitamin Advisor and take a few minutes to answer questions related to lifestyle habits, diet, gender, age, medications and health concerns.

Within seconds, a customized vitamin regimen will be created to meet the consumer's unique needs. Those consumers who are interested can purchase a month's worth of daily-dose supplement packets, but there is no obligation to buy. Weil Complete Program supplements can be purchased with an automated shipping and billing agreement to allow for maximum freshness. But one may cancel at anytime. Every box of Weil Complete Program supplements comes with the most recent issue of Dr Weil's Balanced Living newsletter.

Dr. Weil is known for popularizing the practice of integrative medicine. He has written multiple books and founded the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine in 1994. He is also the proprietor of Well Lifestyle LLC.

His current works focus on aging. In his book "Healthy Aging,"Dr. Weil encourages patients to look beyond mainstream medicine for good health. Integrative medicine is a holistic approach to good health. Those who practice integrative medicine combine Western drugs with alternative treatments, such as acupuncture, biofeedback, stress reduction techniques, yoga and massage. Integrative medicine does not prohibit or discourage the use of mainstream medicine, but complements modern day drugs with holistic treatment for the underlying issues. Though he believes mainstream medicine can be helpful in controlling health problems, Dr. Weil also believes that stress reduction, in conjunction with exercise and a diet rich in fish and organic produce, can resolve many modern day ailments.

Integrative medicine has gained popularity over the past decade with many medical centers adding complimentary therapies. In 2008, 24 percent of hospitals planned to add integrative medicine to their facility, and insurance companies are beginning to recognize integrative medicine by covering complimentary therapies for deserving patients.

Dr. Weil has appeared on a variety of popular programs, including Dr. Oz and The Oprah Winfrey Show. Time Magazine named him one of the 25 most influential Americans of 1997, and he was honored with the John P. McGovern Award in Behavioral Sciences in 2005. In 2006, the Institute for Health and Healing named Dr. Weil the Pioneer in Integrative Medicine. The Academy of Achievement inducted him in 1998.

Dr Weil does not profit from the Vitamin Advisor or the sale of Weil Complete Program supplements. Profits benefit a nonprofit organization supporting integrative medicine.

Consumers need simply to visit Dr Weil's Vitamin Advisor to discover their unique vitamin recommendation. The Vitamin Advisor site also offers online chat sessions and a toll free number for shoppers.
