Multi Packaging Solutions / Chesapeake Reports Acquisitions of Integrated Printing Solutions and Jet Lithocolor

Multi Packaging Solutions / Chesapeake, a provider of print and packaging for the branded consumer, healthcare, and multi-media markets has acquired Integrated Printing Solutions and Jet Lithocolor.

In a release on April 4, the Company said that it will create a solution for the credit, debit, gift, loyalty, and insurance card markets.
