This update is to 1) amend the attendance sheet from Industry Days held on 26 & 27 August 2014, and 2) post the Government's response to the second part of questions asked during Industry Days and industry's feedback on the draft RFP. If you do not see a question you submitted on the 5 September 2014 Q&A sheet then please know that the Government is still working on a response that will be posted at a later date TBD. The Government is hereby releasing the draft RFP package for the T-38C Aircrew Training Device (ATD) Program. It is anticipated that the scope of the T-38C ATD contract will include the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) sustainment, and Training System Support Center (TSSC). Program: T-38C Aircrew Training Device (ATD) Program Subject: Industry Days, 26-27 August 2014 The T-38C ATD program will be hosting Industry Days on 26-27 August 2014 at Bldg 738, Room 101, Randolph AFB, TX. There will be a program overview and group discussion sessions. Group sessions will be followed by a group tour of the ATDs, Maintenance/Repair area, and TSSC located in the same building. Time will be allotted for individual company viewing of Bidder's Library Technical Documentation and individual company one-on-one discussions regarding the T-38C ATD follow on sustainment program.

1. Individual sessions are open to those vendors that intend to prime the T-38C ATD contract, 2. Sessions will be private and will not include multiple vendors; however, vendors that intend to team together may attend a joint session, 3. Up to 4 attendees per vendor may attend the T-38C ATD/TSSC tour and one-on-one session. Up to 3 may participate in the viewing of the Bidder's Library. 4. All questions must be submitted in writing to the point of contact below by Wednesday, 20 August 2014.

The T-38C ATD follow-on acquisition for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and Training System Support Center (TSSC) services will be a Small Business Set-Aside competitive source selection conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS). This acquisition will be restricted to companies that are designated as small business under NAICS code 541511 with a size standard of $27.5 million. A draft agenda for this Industry Day and draft RFP documentation will be posted at a later date, prior to 25 August 2014.

Industry representatives may also participate in the Industry Day via teleconference.

Unless you have a valid DoD ID card, entry onto Randolph AFB will be permitted through the Main Gate ONLY, located on FM 78 that intersects with Pat Booker Rd. For attendees without a valid DoD ID card, all visitors must be prepared to show a valid picture ID, proof of insurance of vehicle, or rental car agreement to proceed beyond the gate.

Vendors will be notified of their individual scheduled time(s) by COB Thursday, 21 August 2014.

At the conclusion of Industry Day, a list of attendees will be posted to FedBizOpps that will identify the attending companies, companies participating by teleconference, their points of contact, and their interest as a prime contractor or subcontractor.
