Medical Mutual Ranks Highest in Ohio for Customer Satisfaction

Medical Mutual of Ohio reported that it is ranked highest in satisfaction among the health plans in the Ohio region, according to J.D. Power 2014 Member Health Plan Study.

According to a media release, the J.D. Power annual study was based on responses from health plan participants statewide, measuring member satisfaction on overall experience with key factors such as: Customer Service, Cost, Coverage and Benefits, Claims Processing, Provider Choice, and Information and Communication.

Medical Mutual reported that its cumulative score was the highest of the six Ohio health plans analyzed in the J.D. Power 2014 Member Health Plan Study.
