Madison National Life Insurance Company to Implement GettingHired, LLC’s FastTrack Return-to-Work Solutions

BEDMINSTER, N.J., Aug. 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Madison National Life Insurance Company, Inc., headquartered in Madison, WI, today announced it will implement FastTrack Return-to-Work Solutions to optimize its Return-to-Work programs from both the employer and claimant perspectives and improve its claim triage through internal operational efficiencies. Available through GettingHired, LLC, FastTrack assists insurance companies in the short/long-term disability and workers' compensation sectors.

FastTrack Return-to-Work Solutions is the first commercially available technology to automate the entire Return-to-Work life cycle. FastTrack's Transitional Service Tools Module automates the capture of the Job Analysis and Physical Capabilities Form for an injured worker and provides an online comparison identifying any variations in abilities and makes recommendations regarding job accommodations, temporary work assignments and need for additional medical management or occupational change. FastTrack's Career Service Tools Module provides claimants, who need to find alternative employment, with a robust means of making connections, building their career-related toolkit and finding a job. The net effect allows companies to more quickly identify and assist injured workers that need temporary work assignments or intensive vocational counseling and job transition services, resulting in shorter claim duration.
