Lubell & Rosen Law Firm Receives the Highest Honor for the Fourth Time
Fort Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) May 19, 2011
Marshall A. Adams of Lubell & Rosen has been awarded “AV Preeminent” status through the LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings. An “AV Preeminent” rating is the highest honor awarded by the prestigious LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. These ratings are solely based on judicial and peer-review and provide an indicator to the ethical standards and professional ability for an individual and/or law firm. “I am deeply honored by the rating level attained with Martindale-Hubbell; to have my colleagues recognize and commend the level of ethics and competency that I have held true to throughout the years is quite rewarding. I will continue to provide the best level of representation to our clients that I possibly can,” said Marshall Adams after being notified of his rating. The law firm of Lubell & Rosen is proud to have Mr. Adams join their elite team of already established “AV Rated” attorneys.
The Fort Lauderdale based law firm of Lubell & Rosen recently completed a merge in August of 2010 with the now former firm of Adams, Cassidy & Phillippi. Lubell & Rosen’s primary focus since inception has been medical malpractice defense, offering exclusive unlimited legal defense programs to physicians who “Go Bare” (a common practice in Florida which allows a physician to not carry liability insurance). The merger has expanded the firm’s areas of practice to include Commercial Litigation, White Collar Criminal Defense, and Transactional Law.
