Liberty Life Insurance Names Lund and Pinkley as Regional VPs [Health & Beauty Close – Up]

Liberty Life Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Athene Holding, has announced that Eric Lund and Keith Pinkley have joined the fixed annuity carrier's national sales team as VP/relationship manager.

In a release, the Company said that Lund, with responsibility for the western region, brings over 25 years of experience in regional and national sales management, business development and product wholesaling in the banking, brokerage and insurance industries. Prior to joining Liberty Life he served as SVP, sales and marketing for Maple Life Financial, an advisor to institutional capital markets investing in life settlements.

Liberty said that Pinkley, who will manage the southwest region, is an industry veteran with over 20 years' experience driving business development in annuity sales organizations with multi- channel distribution models. He has held senior sales and business development positions at both Ameriprise Financial/Riversource and Met Life/Security First Life, where he was responsible for distribution development in the bank, broker-dealer and BGA channels.

"Eric and Keith are top-tier sales professionals with broad experience managing value-added relationships in the insurance and financial services sectors," said Rod Mims, Liberty's national sales manager. "They reflect our commitment to exceptional support for our distribution partners as we continue to accelerate the growth of our business."

Lund's Western Region includes the states of California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah. Pinkley's Southwest Region includes Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico and Mississippi.
