VeriClaim Acquires Cramer, Johnson, Wiggins & Associates [Professional Services Close – Up]

T&H Global Holdings, a provider of specialized insurance claims services to insurance carriers, insurance brokers, corporations and public entities, has announced that its VeriClaim, Inc. subsidiary has acquired Cramer, Johnson, Wiggins & Associates, Inc. (CJW), a provider of loss adjusting and third party administration services (TPA) to the global property and casualty insurance market.

"The acquisition of CJW strengthens VeriClaim's loss adjusting presence in the Southeast U.S. and Texas, and expands our TPA capabilities for our global client base," said Michael Arbour, President and CEO of T&H. "CJW has a 30 year history of providing the highest quality specialized claims services for the insurance market and the expertise of CJW's 150 employees enhances our ability to respond to our client's loss adjusting needs."

With 11 offices throughout Florida, Texas and Georgia, the Company noted that CJW specializes in both property and liability claims services including adjustments, investigations, appraisals and surveys. Through its TPA operation, CJW provides world class property and casualty claims management services to a global client base of insurance carriers, public entities, Lloyds of London syndicates, brokers and associations.

As part of the transaction, T&H said that Cramer will become Vice Chairman of the Company's Board. Additionally, Thomas Simoncic, President and COO of CJW, will become the COO of VeriClaim.

T&H is majority owned by Flexpoint Ford, a private equity firm specializing in the financial services and healthcare sectors.
