Leadfusion Launches Enterprise Gateway Integrated with Symitar™ Core Platform
Enabling Automatic On-Boarding, Service Activation and Cross-Sell
When combined with Leadfusion Premium Email, the Enterprise Gateway integration with Symitar enables financial institutions to leverage the Episys core system data for continuous, automated email campaigns, eliminating the need for manual list loads. Credit unions can use the Enterprise Gateway connection to facilitate new account on-boarding, to ensure timely service activation and to respond to cross-selling opportunities with minimal risk and resource investment.
“Enterprise Gateway helps credit unions tap the member event, relationship and behavioral information found in their back-office systems to make the member experience more relevant and personal,” said
With Enterprise Gateway, triggering events extracted from the Episys core system signal the onset of communications from Leadfusion Premium Email. Automated processes result in end-to-end campaigns that run lights-out in the background without the need for marketing personnel maintenance.
Enterprise Gateway is the latest addition to Leadfusion’s Financial Experience Management® (FEM) suite of products. The FEM suite consists of Researching, Marketing, and Selling Solutions designed to operate independently or as a single integrated platform. Patent-pending FEM solutions accelerate conversion, turning prospects into members and members into loyal advocates.
