PR Newswire Association LLC

The National Trial Lawyers Association promotes excellence for trial lawyers through professional development, education, and networking. Mr. Eglet was honored at the National Trial Lawyers Association's Trial Lawyers Summit hosted in Miami, Florida which took place from January 19th through 22nd.

In accepting the honor, Mr. Eglet stated, "It is such an honor to be recognized as the Trial Lawyer of the Year by the National Trial Lawyers Association. I am humbled to have been chosen by this fine organization. I receive this honor with deep gratitude and great humility."

This honor is the most recent in a myriad of career achievements for Mr. Eglet including National Lawyer of the Year in 2010 by Lawyers USA and Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2005 and 2012 by the Nevada Justice Association, the only person to ever win it twice.

<p>Mr. Eglet won the largest personal injury verdict in America in 2010 and 2013 being awarded $505 million and $524 million respectively. Once again, the only lawyer to ever have the largest personal injury verdict in America twice. He also touts the three largest personal injury verdicts in Nevada history and more multi-million dollar verdicts than any trial attorney in Nevada history.

Eglet added, "I believe we have shown our clients that we are their advocate in the courtroom, one who is there to fight for them. We hold parties accountable for their negligence."

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Eglet's primary focus has been representing victims of defective products or drugs, auto accidents, wrongful death, insurance bad faith and commercial trucking accidents. His hard work and relentless dedication have yielded an astounding 97% winning percentage in trial.

The firm of Eglet Wall Christiansen moved into an $18,000,000, 4-story, 46,000 square foot office the beginning of this year, outfitted with a full gym equipped with showers, 9 conference rooms, 75,000 sq. feet of parking including 12 electric car hook ups. With the cornerstone featuring a complete mock courtroom which was constructed for the students at the William S. Boyd School of Law. The Robert Eglet Advocacy Center, the new home of Eglet Wall Christiansen Trial Attorneys, along with other tenants, is located at 400 South Seventh Street downtown Las Vegas.
