LECG Smart and Nimbus deliver sustainable business process improvement to financial services; Premier Consulting Partnership to combine industry and technology expertise
London and New York -- Nimbus, a global provider of business process management software, has today announced that LECG Smart, a consulting and advisory firm, has become a Nimbus Premier Consulting Partner. Under the agreement LECG Smart will use Nimbus Control to help develop and deliver change management, business process improvement and technology projects for its financial services clients.
As a Premier Consulting Partner, LECG Smart will maintain a high level of Nimbus Control competence amongst staff and will implement and use the solution on selected projects where it offers a good fit. Nimbus Control supports business process improvement and change management activities which comprise an important part of LECG Smart's consulting services. The benefits to clients include a more successful approach to business process documentation and communication with superior knowledge transfer and retention for sustainable process improvement.
