LECG Smart and Nimbus deliver sustainable business process improvement to financial services; Premier Consulting Partnership to combine industry and technology expertise

London and New York -- Nimbus, a global provider of business process management software, has today announced that LECG Smart, a consulting and advisory firm, has become a Nimbus Premier Consulting Partner. Under the agreement LECG Smart will use Nimbus Control to help develop and deliver change management, business process improvement and technology projects for its financial services clients.

As a Premier Consulting Partner, LECG Smart will maintain a high level of Nimbus Control competence amongst staff and will implement and use the solution on selected projects where it offers a good fit. Nimbus Control supports business process improvement and change management activities which comprise an important part of LECG Smart's consulting services. The benefits to clients include a more successful approach to business process documentation and communication with superior knowledge transfer and retention for sustainable process improvement.

"Complex business processes, changing regulatory requirements and increased risk management needs, are forcing financial services organisations to improve processes and change management," says Chris Tattersall, Managing Director, LEGC Smart UK. "Nimbus Control offers the solution for our clients. It allows client projects to start quickly via Software as a Service (SaaS) and delivers processes that are easier to access, understand and keep up to date. Nimbus Control and the LECG Smart offering is a better way to make process improvement and change management projects a sustainable success. We've had nothing but positive feedback on joint activities to date."

"LECG Smart's reputation in the financial services market, together with the strength and depth of its business advisory and consulting capability makes it an important partner for Nimbus in this sector," says Antony Bream, Head of Financial Services, Nimbus Partners. "We are particularly proud that they've joined our partner program as the first Premier Consulting Partner, which includes a significant competency commitment for those involved in implementing and using Nimbus Control on client projects. Given LECG Smart's focus on people, process and technology it's clear that Nimbus Control can play an important part in enabling successful and sustainable process improvement for LECG Smart's clients. We are already seeing the benefits of working together at joint clients and I am confident that we will deliver great success for many other clients in the future."
