In the carrier relations leader position, Costa is responsible for identifying and managing the present and future needs of insurance carriers and engaging new carrier relationships for TurboRater, ITC’s comparative rating system.

For more than 20 years, Costa has worked in various roles in the insurance industry, including an independent agency owner and chief operations officer of Imperial Management’s retail agencies. Prior to joining ITC, Costa worked as a consultant for PLS Financial Corporation designing and implementing an insurance agency for their Texas-based division. He began his career in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he managed eight agency offices.
