Insurance Institute of Canada Assures Growth with Aptify

The Insurance Institute of Canada (IIC), the professional education arm of Canada's property and casualty insurance industry has selected Aptify(R) as its enterprise-wide customer and member relationship management software. Aptify is a leading international provider of customer and member relationship management, e-Business, education management and other applications. Through this partnership, IIC will be able to significantly improve many of its business processes and use Aptify to serve as a central data repository for all of its affiliates internationally.
The new Aptify system will enable IIC to grow its existing membership activities; reduce and eliminate manual and duplicate efforts required to maintain business; improve internal and external communications; improve collaboration between Institute locations and streamline the consistency of content amongst the provincial Web sites. Aptify's integrated business applications will provide IIC robust analytical and reporting tools for its growing business intelligence requirements.

With more than 20 Institutes and Chapters across Canada connected through Aptify, the Insurance Institute will have the ability to maintain professional programs and manage examinations for more than 35,000 individuals. Aptify's Education Management application will handle IIC's complex and growing education requirements. Aptify's expertise in assisting organizations in many countries will provide IIC with a flexible foundation that fully supports the environment in Canada.
Aptify will help improve IIC's inventory management and greatly expand its on-line product catalog with the added capacity to easily sell products and services on-line through Aptify's dynamic e-Business application. On-line visitors will have access to all IIC's full set of product offerings and events through a secure login.
