Insurance Broker Lockton Promotes two Associates to Practice Leaders

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Feb. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton Companies, LLC, a Kansas City-based firm specializing in insurance, risk management and employee benefits, announced two promotions within its Kansas City Employee Benefits Agency today.  Previously Unit Managers for health and welfare clients, Tracy Musolf, CEBS and Mark Seely, will now service Lockton clients as Practice Leaders.

Lockton developed the Practice Leader position to further expand the scope of its client services team.  Among other responsibilities, the Practice Leader's focus is to ensure each client team's work is of the highest standard and proper Lockton resources, such as employee benefit program advisory services, clinical claims data analytics, compliance and actuarial services, meet client expectations.  With more than 21 years of combined client service experience at Lockton, Musolf and Seely will now mentor Unit Managers and provide direction and strategy to help them oversee the deliverables and performance of other Benefit Consultants.  The new Practice leaders will also more closely manage current insurance carrier relationships.
