IBERIABANK Names Director of Treasury Management

LAFAYETTE, La., April 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- IBERIABANK(www.iberiabank.com), a 127-year-old subsidiary of IBERIABANK Corporation, is pleased to announce that Donna Kasmiersky has joined the Company as Executive Vice President and Director of Treasury Management Services.

Kasmiersky served as the Treasury Management (TM) Champion, Executive Vice President, and Director of Treasury Management Sales and Support at BBVA Compass for the past six years.  A 30-year treasury management veteran, she was responsible for Commercial and Retail treasury management sales, complex product solutions sales support, and implementation of treasury management services and solutions to clients.

Before joining BBVA Compass in 2008, Kasmiersky was Senior Vice President and Southwest Treasury Management Regional Sales Manager for Chase Bank in Dallas.  She also held various sales management positions with Bank One in Dallas and Louisiana and First Commerce Corporation in New Orleans.  In addition to her broad banking background, Kasmiersky served as Corporate Cash Manager for Freeport-McMoRan, Inc., and worked in the treasury group at McDermott International.

Kasmiersky is a graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. She is a permanently certified CCM (Certified Cash Manager) and member of the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP).
