Horizon Healthcare Services Inc., New Jersey's largest and oldest health insurance company, has launched the Horizon Blue app, a mobile app for Android and iOS platforms.  Horizon Blue App, developed by CSS Corp enables Horizon's customers access and retrieve information anywhere and anytime on their mobile devices. With this application, Horizon puts the power of information in customer's hands, allowing members view benefits, claims, virtual ID card and access others services on their mobile phones.

This unique mobile app was built on SMARTWeb, CSS Corp's proprietary platform. SMARTWeb helps large organizations mobile enable their key applications with no change to the existing heterogeneous and legacy systems. The platform embraces mobility irrespective of the current state of readiness and caters to the multiple device platforms and form factors. Being HTML5 based, the upcoming future standard, SMARTWeb is a complete cross-platform solution that reduces the time to market and lowers the cost of implementation.
