Homeland HealthCare Taps Thomas Blomberg as VP of Group Sales

Homeland HealthCare Inc. has announced the appointment of Thomas Blomberg as vice president, Group Sales at Worksite Benefits Inc.
In a release, the Company said that Blomberg brings significant health insurance industry experience to the company's senior leadership team. Worksite Benefits is a wholly owned subsidiary of Homeland Healthcare.
Blomberg previously held senior level positions at The IHC Group, Security Life and BCS Insurance Group. Most recently, he served as regional vice president at The IHC Group, regional vice president at Security Life and assistant vice president at BCS Insurance Group. In his role at BCS Insurance Group, Blomberg managed key national accounts, representing over $130 million in annual premium.
In this newly created role, Homeland said that Blomberg will be responsible for the strategic direction, expansion and operation of large group sales, new carrier and product acquisition.
"Blomberg's group health insurance experience will advance Homeland HealthCare and Worksite Benefits' presence in the group insurance market," said Stephen Jones, CEO of Homeland HealthCare. "His reputation and expertise are unquestioned."
