Haworth Coleman & Gerstman, LLC Looks Forward to 2011

New York, NY (PRWEB) January 6, 2011

Boutique litigation firm Haworth Coleman & Gerstman, LLC is entering 2011 prepared to continue the growth experienced in 2010. The firm opened for business on July 1, 2010, having moved its practice from a well respected international law firm where Managing Partner, Scott Haworth had been a partner since September, 2005. Previously, Mr. Haworth had been a partner at New York’s Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer. The firm quickly added an additional associate attorney to its existing three associates and also added support staff and law clerks.

“We look forward to continuing to grow as needed to service our clients. We will continue to bolster our bench strength, trial capacity and support at all levels,” says Managing Partner, Scott Haworth. The firm’s practice includes product liability, catastrophic tort defense, construction, insurance, commercial litigation, risk management counseling and related areas. The firm’s clients include some of the world’s largest manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, durable medical devices, recreational products and cosmetics as well as those in the insurance and telecommunications industries. The firm maintains two locations, one at 45 Broadway in New York City, and the other in Jersey City, New Jersey, in close proximity to the Hudson County Courthouse.

In addition to Scott Haworth, the firm’s partners include Nora Coleman and Barry Gerstman, who worked with Mr. Haworth at his former firm. Three of the firm’s four associates as well as multiple staff members also previously worked with Mr. Haworth, Ms. Coleman & Mr. Gerstman.
