Hallmark Financial Services Selects 3i Infotech’s PREMIA(TM) to Streamline Policy and Claim Administration

EDISON, N.J. - December 5, 2005

Hallmark engages primarily in the sale of property and casualty insurance products. Hallmark's business involves the marketing and underwriting of non-standard personal auto and commercial insurance. The Company is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas and its common stock is listed on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol "HAF".
PREMIA(TM), 3i Infotech's integrated insurance management solution, will be deployed to manage the commercial business that is currently underwritten by Hallmark in six states. With the implementation of PREMIA(TM), Hallmark hopes to achieve improved efficiency in its business operations through the addition of automated functionality not available from its current systems.
