GreenWorld Restoration, a technology leader in convertible workforce and post-disaster relief housing solutions, has added Sanath Amarasena to the expanding business infrastructure team. Working with functional leaders at the Austin, TX headquarters, Mr. Amarasena is responsible for developing and maintaining cost and pricing models, using Microsoft® DynamicsGP.

Mr. Amarasena, prior to joining GreenWorld Restoration, worked for Ceylinco, the largest private insurer in Sri Lanka, where he was instrumental in fully computerizing their accounting system. At previous employers he was in charge of efficiency reviews, system conversions, and administration of financial, costing, budgetary, inventory, and reporting processes. Mr. Amarasena has had success in a wide range of manufacturing-based companies in the food production, hardware supply, and industrial equipment industries where he has implemented cost containment programs that drastically improved profit margins by applying Kaizen philosophy and performing detailed analyses.

Mr. Amarasena’s professional and educational certifications include Fellow Membership - Chartered Institute Management Accountants (UK), Associate Member – Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and an MBA from The University of Colombo in Sri Lanka.
