GEICO Auto Repair Express ARX Body Shop Named Greenlink’s First Certified Facility in the Country
One of GEICO's Auto Repair Express (ARX) shops - Pohanka Collision Centers in Chantilly, Va. - is the first Greenlink body shop in the country to earn certification for meeting standards of excellence in environmental and safety operations (see also GEICO).
The Greenlink program, developed by the Coordinative Community for Auto Repair (CCAR), establishes and monitors rigorous standards that auto repair shops must attain for environmental, health and safety (EHS) operations. The Greenlink certification includes reaching excellent standards for employee training and shop management as well.
Taking part in the Greenlink certification presentation in Chantilly were, Michael Smith an auto damage manager for GEICO; Mike Moore the Pohanka Collision Center manager; Frank Popecki an auto damage supervisor for GEICO; and Dave Russell an auto damage adjuster also for GEICO.
Customers say GEICO's ARX program is a fast and convenient approach to collision repair. GEICO customers may always choose any auto body shop for their repairs, but GEICO also offers the ARX program for customers who would like repair facility recommendations.
