Forest Laboratories Selects Cegedim for Service Desk Support Services

BEDMINSTER, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cegedim Relationship Management today announced that Forest Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE:FRX) has engaged Cegedim to provide Service Desk Support Services for its home office and field service personnel.

Cegedim Relationship Management, a leading global provider of technology solutions to the Life Sciences industry, will be the first point-of contact for Forest Laboratories’ employees. Specially trained support staff will answer questions, resolve issues, dispatch to subject matter experts, and coordinate the repair or replacement of hardware and accessories with other Forest Laboratories product and service vendors.
