Fitz Casino & Hotel to Hold Job Fair June 25

TUNICA, Miss., June 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Fitz Casino & Hotel, Tunica is hiring, and will be spotlighting several new positions at an upcoming job fair.

The Fitz Job Fair will be held in the casino's Great Hall (located next to Gift Shop) June 25^th from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  Departments offering positions include Food & Beverage, Finance, Gaming Operations, Hotel, Player Development, Security and Surveillance. Fitz' Human Resources staff will be offering on-the-spot interviews to qualified candidates.

"It's been a long time since the Fitz has hired on such a large scale," said Kelli Mussa, Fitz' Director of Human Resources. "We saw a need in the community, and decided it was time we stepped up to fill both the needs of the community and that of the casino.  We are very excited to welcome new members to the Fitz team," Mussa continued.

Employees displaced by the June 2^nd closure of Tunica's Harrah's Casino and Resort are encouraged to apply for the newly opened positions at the Fitz. Applicants attending the Fitz Job Fair on June 25^th must be 21 years or older and are encouraged to bring a current resume, be prepared to fill out an application, and to possibly interview for positions that day, so be dressed for success.
