First American Corp. Director Roslyn Payne resigns
SANTA ANA, Calif._Business information provider First American Corp. said Thursday that Roslyn B. Payne has resigned from the company's board of directors.
Payne's resignation took effect on Monday.
She joined the board in 1988, and is president of Jackson Street Partners Ltd., a San Francisco-based real estate venture capital and investments firm.
First American shares fell 22 cents to close at $33.11.
