This is the season for giving so why not give to help a woman achieve career success by donating a new or gently used suit or clothing accessories, such as professional jewelry or shoes to Dress for Success. “In today’s economy, it’s important to remember those who are less fortunate than others and help women who are attempting to better their lives,” said owner Nancy O’Neale.

Nancy contributes her success to many of her mentors who were committed to helping her achieve her professional and academic goals. “Sometimes, how a woman dresses and personal grooming can make a difference between her achieving a second interview or receiving a job offer, especially if she has not had extensive work experience or achieved academic accolades,” said owner Nancy O’Neale.

Although Nancy has contributed to other Dress for Success Drives in the past, this is the first time she is hosting her own drive. Ms. O’Neale said, “Through this experience, I have found out about other opportunities to help women in my community. I look forward to participating in Dress for Success’ mentorship program. If I can help another woman climb the corporate ladder, I’m giving back to all the women who helped me achieve success.”
