But you have an itch of an idea. And you want to scratch it. Meet Shaun Silva, a successful entrepreneur, who saw an opportunity to branch out his business and built a team to help him accomplish it.

Shaun Silva had creative success, directing videos for country music celebrities and earning numerous awards for his work. Not one to settle for less than the best, Silva has made a career out of challenging himself and believing in his vision. But even a director with a great eye for lighting and knack for storytelling needs the support of a strong team to transform vision into reality.

Silva had already established a successful production company in Nashville, Tennessee, but he noticed the absence of a facility with post-production capabilities and wondered if he was in a position to dive into a new business venture.

"Creatively, I knew I could pull it off, but financially...I wasn't so sure," said Silva. "I knew we needed to offer great benefit packages and incentives that would attract and retain the kind of talent that would make the company a success."

That's when Silva decided he would need a team to help turn his dream into a reality. Based on a recommendation from a friend, Silva reached out to wealth management advisor, Chad Greer, to discuss his goals for the company that would become Forward.
