Huttlin brings over 35 years experience with group insurance in various capacities on both the insurance carrier and the insurance brokerage side to ECBM,L. P. Huttlin has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from Drexel University and a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources from Temple University.

In addition to providing employee health insurance coverage for businesses, the benefits division also handles consulting and assessments of past coverage. “Matt will play a key role in developing and growing our Health Benefits Division.
