In his new role, Sybert will focus on building client relationships through account development, management and support. He will manage web-based direct product sales and all eLearning sales channel relationships for Crawford's U.S. Property & Casualty and Broadspire business units and with Adjusterpro.com, which resells the PTC program on its website (www.adjusterpro.com).

Sybert most recently served as regional account executive of property and casualty sales in the southeast for Crawford (NYSE: CRDA; CRDB), the world's largest independent provider of claims management solutions. He has more than 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 10 years with Crawford, and has held positions as a multi-line adjuster and a retail insurance and reinsurance broker.

As part of an insurance industry advisory committee, Crawford collaborated to develop and release the first PTC program to the insurance industry in 2011. The program is designed to improve technical expertise among property claims adjusters and has witnessed enrollments of more than 1,400 learners with an average improvement in knowledge of 89 percent, based on pre- and post-course assessments.
