College Complete, a complementary education advising service for adult learners, has begun accepting candidates for 75 new positions over the next 12 months.

Building on a successful 2011, and driven by their 2012 NASCAR presence, Deerfield Beach, FL based College Complete expects to double in size over the course of the year, creating many opportunities for local professionals struggling to find work in a very tough job market.

Most of the hiring will be for "Education Advocate" positions, who work with students over the phone to help them figure out how best to achieve their career and personal growth goals by advancing their education. College Complete helps prospective students understand their various school and program options, making sure that they're choosing the right ones to help them achieve their personal and career goals. With more opportunities available in higher education than ever before, it is easy for students to become overwhelmed with choice. This is where College Complete aims to serve, ensuring that these students get started on their educational journey the right way, whether it be for a traditional Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree, or whether it be a shorter term skilled trade certificate.

Successful applicants will be professional, friendly, hardworking, and dependable, and must be comfortable multi-tasking, as Advocates spend most of their time speaking with prospective students while searching for relevant programs online. Upon hire, College Complete conducts an extensive training program for all employees. College Complete expects to hire between 5 and 10 Advocates per month throughout the year. All Education Advocate positions are eligible for the Company's benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous PTO allowance.
