Business Insurance launched the Best Places to Work in Insurance program in 2009 to identify and recognize high-quality workplaces in the commercial insurance industry and honor them for their superior job of providing an environment in which employee's can thrive. The final list of honorees was developed by The Best Companies Group, an independent research firm, from a two part process based on a qualitative assessment of employment practices and an extensive anonymous employee survey. An alphabetical list of the 54 Best Places to Work in Insurance for 2010 was released in the July 26, 2010 issue of Business Insurance and the final report and rankings will be unveiled and published in the Oct. 4, 2010 issue of Business Insurance
