Synopsis:
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation reference number is F1RT924203A001
(iii) The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 effective
(iv) This acquisition is for Full and Open Competition The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336413.
(v) Contract Line Item Number(s) CLINS: PROVIDE PRICING FOR EACH CLIN ON THE RFQ WITH YOUR RESPONSE. **SEE ATTACHMENT 1 for RFQ (vi) Description of requirements: This is acquisition being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price;Technically Acceptable To be technically acceptable, the offeror must provide written documentation that the offered item product meets the salient characteristics listed in RFQ. If the Unrealistically low or high-proposed prices, initially or subsequently, may be grounds for eliminating the offer from either on the basis that the offeror does not understand the requirement or the offeror has made an unrealistic offer. Evaluation of quotes will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.106.
Contractors must provide detailed specifications with their quote. Failure to do so will deem your quote as "Nonresponsive." (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
