This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Colorado National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 Effective on June 15, 2009. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The Colorado Army National Guard is looking to purchase annual maintenance on four pieces of OpNet equipment. See attached SOW for additional details including renewal dates and equipment serial numbers. Vendors must be able to provide manufacturers maintenance on all of the equipment. Partial quotes will not be accepted. This is a brand name requirement. See attached J&A for additional details regarding brand name quotes. Any maintenance quotes must meet all of the requirements specified in the attached SOW. An award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Quotes shall reference Solicitation #W912LC-14-T-0110. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519. This solicitation will end on May 15, 20131300 EST. Quotes received after this time will not be accepted. The government will review each contractor's capability to determine which contractor is best suited to meet the Government's needs.
