To improve the experience of the thousands of corporate housing landlords who are members of CorporateHousingbyOwner.com (CHBO), an online marketplace connecting individual property owners offering short-term rentals with potential tenants around the world, CHBO announced partnerships with Travel Guard and PayPros.

Through its partnership with Travel Guard, a national travel insurance provider, CHBO noted, it enables its members to offer Accidental Rental Damage Insurance and Travel Insurance to their tenants.

Through its partnership with PayPros, a payment solutions and services provider, CHBO said it has empowered its members to easily accept credit card payments and eChecks from tenants.

It also means landlords can have the funds accessible immediately, improving their cash flow and saving them time," says Smith.
