Biggins Lacy Shapiro & Company Hires Patrick Kenney as Senior Counsel

Biggins Lacy Shapiro & Company, LLC (BLS & Co.) announced today the appointment of Patrick Kenney as senior counsel. Formerly with Avison Young as a senior financial analyst, Kenney will also serve BLS & Co.'s clients in a financial analysis and project management capacity.

Specialists in location economics, BLS & Co. provides site selection, incentives advisory, land use, energy and economic development services to clients across the country.

Kenney holds a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, and a M.S. in real estate finance & investment from New York University. Prior to Avison Young, he served as an analyst for New Oak Capital, a boutique financial advisory and consulting firm in New York. His legal experience includes real estate, financing, municipal land use, general corporate and insurance matters.

Kenney is a member of the New York Bar and New Jersey Bar.
