Bidders vie for goats, sheep and swine at auction

MILLERSBURG -- In Thursday's livestock auction at the Holmes County Fair, visitor's bids for goats, sheep and swine were taken. Listed are the shower, buyer and price.

Goats

Crisha Brenly's grand champion market goat was bought by Holmes Pest Control/Roger McClure and Mrs. Yoder's Kitchen for $1,449, while Caleb Schmidt's reserve grand champion market goat was bought by The Voice of Holmes County.Com for $539.

There were 27 goats sold for a total price of $13,746.
