Berkadia Commercial Mortgage Achieves Superior Loss Severity Numbers

Report by Trepp highlights Berkadia as special servicer with lowest loss severity

HORSHAM, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC (Berkadia) has been identified as the special servicer with the lowest loss severity level for the previous 14 months, according to a recent report issued by Trepp, LLC.

Trepp, a leading provider of CMBS and commercial mortgage information and analytics, reported in their March 10^th issue of TreppWire, that Berkadia’s average loss severity on special servicing loans was 32 percent—nearly 10 percentage points better than the second-ranking special servicer in the report.
