Benefit Resource Group Partners with FormFire to Launch New Paperless Initiative for Fast, Secure Texas Health Insurance Transactions

Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) August 27, 2011

Anyone who has ever had to fill out or file Texas health insurance forms knows how inconvenient the mounds of paperwork can be. For this reason, leading independent agency Benefit Resource Group (BRG) has partnered with FormFire to implement a new and improved way for agents and their clients to fill out forms and transfer files all at the touch of a button—allowing for a truly streamlined insurance process.

This system is a new technological tool used by innovators in the health care and insurance industries; the tool boasts a wealth of benefits including that it is HIPAA compliant, secure and encrypted. The digital software provides a simple, yet comprehensive Medical Health Questionnaire and collects all pertinent employee information from users who receive Dallas TX group insurance, and health coverage from across the region, through BRG. This data can then be sent to any medical carrier and stored securely so that individuals do not have to worry about anyone, including medical office workers, accessing their personal information.

A truly inclusive Texas commercial insurance package includes some level of employee or group health benefits; which makes an innovative tool like FormFire all the more necessary for coverage providers to take advantage of. This ground-breaking system will allow BRG agents to help their clients apply for group insurance plans swiftly, and reduce the time it takes to prescreen with multiple carriers. Employers won’t have to worry about anyone hacking into their paper records since all of their employees’ paperwork will be stored securely within the system, which undergoes regular third-party audits and safety scans. Employers themselves will not even be able to access workers’ personal information – only individuals, the insurance broker and underwriter will have access.

As a leading Texas insurance agency, the team at BRG is happy to be able to further its mission to provide their clients with the most convenient, secure methods of applying for and managing their policies. The local agents are always excited to announce breakthroughs in the insurance industry and share these benefits with the agency’s many loyal customers.

About Benefit Resource Group:

For more than 39 years, BRG has been operating in Texas, while increasing its regional footprint, extending throughout several other states. BRG’s primary focus has been on building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with each and every prospect while also striving to retain their valued clientele. The team at BRG has grown exponentially over the years, adding experts that have extensive knowledge in everything insurance-related, whether personal or business policies. No matter what a client’s financial situation may be, BRG agents are committed to finding the most affordable and comprehensive solutions for his or her unique needs.
