-- Eight co-defendants were indicted on charges related to incidents in December.
Both Jacksons and Sturgeon face charges of being persistent felony offenders, first degree, and Martin and Wix are each charged with being persistent felony offenders, second degree.
-- Four co-defendants were indicted on charges related to incidents in December:
Martin and Sturgeon were also indicted with
Martin, Sturgeon and Childress were also charged with possession of a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine), second offense.
Martin is also charged with possession of a controlled substance, second degree (hydrocodone), and fleeing or evading police (on foot), second degree. Sturgeon is also charged with being a persistent felony offender, first degree.
Vibbert faces additional charges of possession of a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine), and being a persistent felony offender, second degree.
Childress faces additional charges of fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first degree; and reckless driving.
Lafferty and
-- Martin was also indicted on one count each of manufacturing methamphetamine, first offense; fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first degree; possession of drug paraphernalia; fleeing or evading police (on foot), second degree; and being a persistent felony offender, second degree, related to incidents December.
Lafferty testified in this case as well.
