The opening has been pushed back, possibly by a couple of months, because of ice damage on the roof that caused extensive water damage inside. The business' insurance company and roofer are assessing the situation.
"We're fixing it," said Badger Treats co-owner
The Weinbergers will own and operate the diner. They also own the building.
Lolita's had been in that location in 2011.
