BRIEF: Learn about computing trends for medical practices

Jan. 31--Core Business Services offers two interactive Lunch 'n' Learn sessions on "Medical Practice Computing Trends for 2014" in Medford and Grants Pass.

The discussion docket includes: The 10th revision of "International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems" preparations; Business Associate Agreement renewals; and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act-compliant cloud storage.

The event runs 11:30 a.m. -- 1 p.m. both days.

The Wednesday, Feb. 19, lunch is scheduled for Taprock Event Center, 971 SE Sixth St., Grants Pass.

The Thursday, Feb. 20, gathering is in the Smullin Center's Lecture Hall 1, 2825 E. Barnett Road, Medford.
