BRIEF: Kerens ISD reacts to threat

The student who died was sent home from school Tuesday as the result of an investigation involving a threat to campus safety, the release said.
On Wednesday, school officers were notified of a second threat to the school. The student that was alleged to have made the second threat was identified and is no longer on campus, according to the release.
"We have multiple officers on and around campus to insure the safety of all those who are present and attend Kerens ISD,"
