Buildings in major markets across the U.S. earned the BOMA 360 designation in the fourth quarter, with several designations given to buildings in

The BOMA 360 Performance Program evaluates properties in six major areas: building operations and management; life safety/security/risk management; training and education; energy; environment/sustainability; and tenant relations/community involvement. The comprehensive nature of BOMA 360 means that every aspect of building performance is assessed, and the designation is earned based on how buildings meet an extensive checklist of best practices.
