Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Acquires Shuford Insurance Agency, Inc.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE:AJG) announced the acquisition of Shuford Insurance Agency, Inc. in Concord, North Carolina. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed (see also Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.).Founded in 1938, Shuford Insurance Agency, Inc. is an independent insurance agency offering personal and commercial property/casualty insurance products and services to their clients throughout the Eastern United States. They specialize in insurance for many industries including motorsports, construction and manufacturing and for all personal lines coverages. J.
