Arcadian Health Plans Names Tom Smith, J.D. as Senior Vice President of Network Management
OAKLAND, Calif., Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Arcadian Health Plans announced today that Tom Smith, J.D., has been appointed as the new Senior Vice President of Network Management effective immediately.
Mr. Smith brings to Arcadian extensive health care experience and has held executive leadership roles with several health care industry leaders. Most recently he was the head of sales for Universal Health Services out of Florida. Prior to that role, Smith served as the Business Development Officer at Health Net and Regional Vice President of Development and Network Management at PacifiCare. He has also held executive roles at John Deere Health Care, Community Health Group, and Aetna/Partners National Health Plan.

Tom Smith, J.D. earned his Bachelor of Science from Eastern Illinois University and his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra Law School in New York and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
