Aon Corporation Recruits Insurance Brokerage, Benefits Veteran to Construction Services Group, Phoenix Field Office
PHOENIX, Sept. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aon Corporation (NYSE: AOC), the leading provider of global risk management services, today announced that Karen Mildenhall has joined the firm as executive vice president of Aon Construction Services Group.

In addition to her responsibilities with the construction team, Mildenhall assumes operational responsibility for Aon Risk Services in Phoenix as resident managing director. In her dual role, Mildenhall will be responsible for developing and executing client growth strategies and leading the health & benefits practice area.
Mildenhall continues the series of strategic hires employed by Aon Construction Services Group to deliver distinctive client value and create unmatched teams.

Mildenhall brings to Aon's clients more than 22 years of experience as a business leader and in the insurance industry. She previously was managing director at Marsh, with a 10-year tenure that included global and mid-sized client executive leadership, brokerage center manager and national middle market leader.
Her background also includes insurance carrier management at insurers USF&G and Argonaut. Mildenhall's diverse experience includes corporate leadership positions, driving field office operations, leading commercial lines in the western United States, and working in safety management and claims management.
Mildenhall received a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University.
