Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology Announces New Board of Trustees Members

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology (ABI) announced today the addition of Nancy Cooper, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, CA Technologies, and Kelli Crane, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Thomson Reuters, to its Board of Trustees. The Anita Borg Institute Board of Trustees is comprised of senior executives from leading technology companies and academic institutions who are focused on the recruitment, retention and advancement of technical women.

Nancy Cooper is responsible for CA Technologies corporate and business unit financial functions worldwide including treasury, tax, investor relations, risk management and the role of controller. She joined the company in August 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Kelli Crane spearheads the development and implementation of a global information technology plan for Thomson Reuters that aligns with the business strategy and leads the organization in implementing advanced enterprise information systems across its vertical businesses. Crane has been with the company for 23 years. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University and an MBA from Texas A&M.
