Angelo Savino Joins Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass as Partner

 

New York, NY, May 27, 2004  – The law firm of Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass (MCWG) is pleased to announce that Angelo Savino has joined the firm as partner.  He will be resident in the New York City office.    

As a practicing attorney since 1982, Mr. Savino’s  primary areas of concentration include Directors & Officers Liability, Professional Errors & Omissions Liability, Commercial General Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Excess and Umbrella Liability insurance and corporate indemnification.  Mr. Savino’s practice over the years has involved a substantial amount of coverage analysis, claims management, mediation and settlement of all types of claims, including securities class actions, employment practices and mass product liability litigation.  Mr. Savino has extensive experience litigating insurance coverage matters as well as a wide variety of commercial cases and has handled numerous appeals in both state andfederal courts.  

Most recently, Mr. Savino was of counsel to Lord Bissell & Brook where he had been since 1997.

Mr. Savino earned his J.D. from Fordham Law School where he was an editor of the Fordham Law Review and his B.A. from Fordham College.  He was also a National Merit Scholar.  He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1982.
