Allfinanz Limited, the leading provider of underwriting and new business software to the life insurance industry today announced a legal name change to Munich Re Automation Solutions Limited.
Allfinanz Limited was acquired by Munich Re in 2007. Since that date the company has become an ever-more integrated member of the Munich Re family. Munich Re Automation Solution Limited is retaining the Allfinanz brand name for its product suite and continues to be run as a separate company within the Munich Re Group. The company continues to operate in its current structure and contact details remains un-changed. There has been no change in ownership, no change in staff, and no change in location.
